Pharmacist

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medicines strictly against valid prescriptions and maintaining professional pharmacy standards.
• Verify medicine name, strength, dosage, quantity, batch number and expiry date before dispensing, and provide appropriate usage instructions to patients.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy inventory, including inward/outward entries, batch-wise stock, expiry tracking, FEFO system and regular physical stock verification.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels, prepare purchase/reorder requirements and coordinate with vendors and the purchase department to prevent stock-outs.
• Handle pharmacy billing through the Vpride ERP/POS system, ensuring accurate product, quantity, pricing, discounts, GST and daily sales/collection records.
• Maintain proper pharmacy documentation, including purchase, sales, stock, expiry, returns, wastage and other applicable statutory records.
• Ensure proper storage, temperature control, segregation and security of medicines, including appropriate handling of expired, damaged or recalled products.
• Coordinate with doctors, treatment staff, front office, accounts, inventory and purchase teams for prescriptions, medicines and clinical consumables required for patient treatments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, provide professional patient service, report medication errors/adverse reactions or stock discrepancies, and support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Follow all Vpride SOPs, applicable pharmacy laws and professional ethics; D.Pharm/B.Pharm with valid State Pharmacy Council registration and good communication, computer and ERP skills are required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
