Pharmacist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to our patients. This role requires a strong understanding of acute care, patient assessment, and medical management. ## Responsibilities - Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely - Conduct patient assessments to ensure appropriate medication therapy - Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans - Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology in medication management - Manage inventory levels and perform aseptic techniques in compounding medications - Participate in utilization review and management processes - Provide acute pain management services ## Qualifications - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program - Active pharmacist license in good standing - Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations - Experience in pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred - Proficiency in utilization management practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join our team as a Pharmacist to make a meaningful impact on patient care while advancing your career in pharmaceutical services.

Pay: $75.00 - $78.00 per hour
