WE’RE HIRING: Pharmacy Manager | Accra

We are seeking a highly capable Pharmacy Manager to lead retail pharmacy operations, drive business performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist (BSc Pharmacy or PharmD)
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy operations
• At least 5 years in a Pharmacy Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Strong knowledge of stock management, merchandising, pharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive branch performance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
