Job Summary

• Maintain comprehensive records of prescriptions and patient interactions in accordance with data protection laws
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability of medications
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Educate patients on medication management, including proper storage and disposal methods
• Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacology and healthcare practices

Skills

• Proven experience as a Pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medication administration protocols
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to healthcare delivery
• Ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively to patients and healthcare teams
• Organised with keen attention to detail to minimise errors in medication dispensing and record keeping
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and general IT skills
