Get Well Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, experienced, and dedicated Licensed Pharmacist / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with Michigan Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions.
• Provide patient counseling and medication consultations.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community.
• Help develop strategies to increase prescription volume and support pharmacy growth.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Michigan Pharmacist License.
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge in Michigan.
• Experience in retail or independent pharmacy preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, insurance billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily pharmacy responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term professional growth.
