Compensation

• Salary: $70.00 to $80.00 an hour (commensurate with experience)

Duties

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining proper usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions.
• Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to develop and review patient-specific treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in consultation with physicians.
• Maintain detailed records of medication dispensation, patient interactions, and pharmacy inventory control.
• Ensure absolute compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to community pharmacy operations.
• Educate patients on medication safety, medical terminology, and health maintenance practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Pharmacist; background in hospital, acute care, or fast-paced community pharmacy settings is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical administration protocols, and local healthcare structures.
• Experience with pediatric medication management and patient care for diverse age groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and manage complex medication regimens.
• Extreme attention to detail in record keeping, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
