Pharmacist

About the role

IMED Pharmacy Corporation is looking for a qualified, responsible, and customer-oriented Registered Pharmacist to join our team at our Aurora Boulevard, Cubao branch. The successful candidate will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure the proper dispensing and handling of medicines, and assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs. Since IMED Pharmacy is a retail store offering health and beauty products, food, non-food items, and other consumer goods, the pharmacist may also assist with general store operations when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medicines accurately in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Review prescriptions and ensure the appropriate dispensing of medicines.
• Provide customers with proper guidance on medication usage, dosage, precautions, and possible side effects.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other applicable pharmacy laws and requirements.
• Monitor medicine inventory, expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, prescriptions, and other required documentation.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and proper arrangement of pharmacy products.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of medicines and pharmacy supplies.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding medicines, health products, and other store items within the pharmacist's professional scope.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to support daily store operations and maintain excellent customer service.

About you

• Must be a Licensed Registered Pharmacist in the Philippines.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• With or without relevant work experience; newly licensed pharmacists are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in proper dispensing procedures, pharmaceutical regulations, and medication safety.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work on-site at Aurora Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City.
• Available to work Monday to Friday.
