Pharmacist (FULL TIME/ PRN)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, acute pain management, and hospital pharmacy services. Duties

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Monitor drug interactions and ensure patient safety
• Conduct utilization reviews to promote cost-effective medication use
  -California and Nevada state license preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in physiology knowledge related to pharmacology
• Strong focus on patient service and satisfaction
• Experience with aseptic technique for sterile compounding
• Expertise in acute pain management strategies
• Knowledge of utilization review processes in a hospital setting

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
