Role Description
This is a Pharmacist in Charge position in Port Athur. The PIC will be responsible for providing excellent patient care by accurately dispensing medications, counseling on prescription and non-prescription medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Other tasks may include creating educational materials, performing medication therapy management, conducting patient education, and completing administrative tasks to support the operations of the pharmacy. Marketing and growth duties as well.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
