Pharmacist in Charge

If so, we want you. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical services and patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to regulations

• Provide pharmaceutical care by reviewing and interpreting physician orders

• Conduct patient assessments and offer consultations on medication usage

• Implement utilization management strategies to optimize patient outcomes

• Utilize aseptic techniques in compounding medications

• Monitor acute pain management protocols

• Perform utilization reviews to enhance medication therapy outcomes

• Demonstrate expertise in anatomy knowledge for accurate dispensing

**Experience:**

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution

• Active pharmacist license in good standing

• Completion of a pharmacy residency program preferred

• Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is advantageous

• Proficiency in patient care and acute pain management

• Strong understanding of utilization review processes

• Skilled in patient assessment and utilization management techniques
