About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pharmacist In Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead our Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced pharmacy, helping to shape and grow our LTC services in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations at the new LTC location.
• Manage and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, long term care facilities, and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and take on new projects to enhance pharmacy services.
• Adapt to evolving schedules and operational needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in long term care pharmacy preferred.
• Proven leadership skills as a Pharmacist In Charge or Pharmacy Manager.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible and open to schedule changes as the business grows and evolves.
• Eager to take on new projects and challenges with enthusiasm.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
