Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our hospital pharmacy team. The intern will assist in daily pharmacy operations, support medication dispensing under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist, and gain practical experience in hospital pharmacy management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medicines as per valid prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Support daily pharmacy operations and maintain an organized pharmacy.
• Check medicine stock, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of medicines and pharmacy transactions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Assist in billing and prescription processing.
• Follow hospital pharmacy protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.
• Provide basic medicine-related information under the guidance of a registered pharmacist.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff when required.

Eligibility

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm students eligible for internship.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and prescriptions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hospital environment.
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
