Pharmacist Manager

• $65/hr + super + $5K sign-on bonus.

This well-established community pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to lead a dedicated and collaborative team of two Dispensary Technicians, multiple Pharmacy Assistants, and a capable Retail Manager.

Located within commuting distance from Brisbane and Ipswich, the pharmacy sits adjacent to a medical centre and offers convenient onsite parking. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to step into a leadership position while maintaining a strong clinical focus in a supportive environment.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations, provide professional services including vaccinations, and work closely with the retail and dispensary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

With multiple roster options available - including Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or a 9-day fortnight - this position offers genuine work-life balance.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Accreditation to vaccinate in QLD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Z software (preferred but not essential).
• Commitment to patient-centred care.

Salary & Benefits:

$65 per hour + super.

$5,000 sign-on bonus.
