Pharmacist (part time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug therapies, and ensuring optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with doctor’s orders and legal regulations
• Provide clinical services such as medication reviews, adaptation, medication administration and MACS and contraception
• Ensure proper documentation of all required records
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage inventory levels of pharmaceuticals to ensure availability while preventing shortages or overstocking
• Stay current with new medications, medical terminology, and advancements in pharmacy practice

Experience

• Prior experience working as a Pharmacist is preferred
• Ability to deliver excellent patient care with compassion and professionalism
• Familiarity with winRx is an asset

Pay: $40.54-$56.71 per hour

• BC pharmacist license with a good standing (required)
