Pharmacist - Quality Control

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring warehouse stock quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry standards by overseeing inspections, quality control processes, FDA licensing and certifications, and compliance with FDA requirements for the handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Job Description:

• Conducts inspections of all incoming and outgoing warehouse stocks to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), client requirements, and established quality standards.
• Oversees all Quality Control activities for stocks stored in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with ISO, GDP, GMP, GCP, and FDA regulations and standards.
• Serves as the Liaison Officer for the application and renewal of licenses, permits, and certifications with the FDA, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensures full client compliance with FDA requirements governing the handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid Pharmacist license
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Control is an advantage
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical principles, industry practices, and relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical, results-driven, and capable of critical thinking
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
