As a Pharmacist (Various Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide pharmaceutical care and clinical support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Adhere to all pharmacy policies, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the day-to-day operations and workflow of the pharmacy department.
• Review patients' medication profiles to ensure appropriate and effective medication therapy.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication usage, dosage, storage, and potential side effects.
• Supply prescribed medications and provide clear instructions to promote safe and effective use.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy with a valid registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
