Pharmacist - Waikanae

About the role

Westbury Pharmacy is seeking an experienced NZ registered Pharmacist to join our dedicated teams in Waikanae and Wellington Pharmacies . We have multiple roles across our two sites including full-time and part time options and flexibility around early starts and late finishing, offering the opportunity to play a vital part in providing high-quality healthcare services. This is not an intern position.

Key responsibilities

• Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to customers
• Monitoring patients' medication use and providing guidance on appropriate usage
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining detailed records and adhering to all relevant regulations
• Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy programs and initiatives
• Promoting pharmacy services and building strong relationships with the local community

About you

• Registered Pharmacist with a current NZ Practising Certificate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care

• Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and digital technologies

• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team

Site 1 a successful community Pharmacy Waikanae servicing a loyal customer base and providing additional nursing services.

Site 2 A new closed door pharmacy Waikanae providing expert services to our growing aged care facilities .

Site 3 a combined community and Aged care pharmacy Located in Kilbirnie.
