We are seeking a highly skilled and multi-state licensed Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately while adhering to all federal and state pharmacy laws, including USP 797 standards for sterile compounding.
• Manage pharmacy operations efficiently across multiple states, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory policies and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to optimize medication therapy and provide medication counseling tailored to individual needs.
• Oversee inventory management, including drug procurement, stock rotation, and controlled substance accountability.
• Lead pharmacy teams by managing staff schedules, providing training on pharmacy software systems
• Ensure clinical confidentiality policies are maintained during patient interactions and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support medication administration protocols and ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all pharmacy activities, including drug regulation compliance and medical terminology accuracy.
• Stay current with evolving pharmacy laws at federal and state levels to uphold practice standards across jurisdictions.

Skills

• Valid multi-state pharmacist license with active practice credentials in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and medication management.
• Skilled in compounding medications using aseptic techniques following USP 797 guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly to patients and healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with drug regulation policies, HIPAA requirements, and healthcare compliance standards including pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
• Experience practicing as a sterile compounding pharmacist

Pay: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
