About the role

This role involves managing pharmacy outlet operations, including achieving sales targets, providing medication advice to customers, and overseeing healthcare product sales across multiple categories such as health supplements, over-the-counter medications, pharmacist consultations, prescriptions, and general nutrition.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve outlet sales targets
• Provide advice and guidance on medications to customers
• Handle sales for healthcare categories, including health supplements, over-the-counter medications, pharmacist consultations, prescriptions, and general nutrition
• Guide, train, and motivate subordinates in promoting customer service and maintaining quality services
• Handle all orders of healthcare products from branches and local suppliers
• Maintain proper records of all sales of scheduled drugs in accordance with Pharmacy Legislation requirements
• Manage stock takes and annual member sales events
• Manage outlet development and growth
• Work on weekends and public holidays
