Responsibilities

Assist licensed pharmacy staff with preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Engage with patients to provide friendly, informative service, answering basic questions about medications and usage instructions.
Help maintain organized pharmacy inventory, including stock checks and proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
Participate in maintaining detailed records of prescriptions, medication logs, and patient interactions.
Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming pharmacy environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing prescriptions to streamline daily operations.

Qualifications

A strong interest in healthcare and patient service with a desire to pursue a career in pharmacy or related fields.
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or related role is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling and record-keeping.
Basic understanding of medication administration procedures is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
