Pharmacy Assistant

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Pharmacy, Allied Health, or a related field
• With Pharmacy Services NC III, Pharmacy Assistant Training Certificate, or relevant pharmacy-related certification
• Previous pharmacy, pharmaceutical, hospital, or medical-related experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic medicines, product identification, inventory, and proper storage
• Familiarity with basic pharmacy operations and proper handling of pharmaceutical products
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to undergo company training
• Fresh graduates/candidates with relevant training may be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Receive & Check : In-bound Delivery Invoices (Medicines & Other supplies)
• File and maintain valid documents for FDA Inspection.
• Facilitate out-bound customer bookings/orders through the Grab App & In-house POS System.
• Final checking of Out-bound bookings/orders from the Grab App. (Weekly)
• Monitor and Record : Inventory Level, Expiration Date, Temperature, Returns, Stocking Conditions
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and appropriate stocking conditions of the Pharmacy unit.
• Facilitate purchase request for pharmacy replenishment
