PHARMACY ASSISTANT

Greet customers, answer phone calls, and handle customer queries professionally, referring complex medication questions to the pharmacist.

Assist in gathering, packaging, and labeling prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Monitor stock levels, order supplies, unpack deliveries, and check for expired or damaged items.

Process sales transactions using the POS system and manage customer payments.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in pharmacy software and general computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate order processing and inventory management.
• Well-organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
