Pharmacy Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations.
• Assist with medication preparation and dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Receive, organize, and properly store medicines and pharmacy supplies.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Check product labels, expiration dates, and storage conditions.
• Process customer transactions and payments accurately.
• Assist customers and provide courteous and professional service.
• Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy or a Pharmacy Assistant program.
• Licensed Pharmacists are welcome to apply; PRC license is not required.
• Experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or hospital is an advantage.
• Computer literate with good documentation and inventory skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good attention to accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and undergo training in preventive and regenerative medicine.
