This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll play an important part in keeping Highem Pharmacy running smoothly, creating a welcoming environment and making sure our customers receive the excellent service they deserve.

What will you be getting involved with?

There’s plenty of variety! Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and delivering friendly, helpful service
• Listening to customer queries and helping them find the right products or services
• Serving customers and processing purchases
• Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock and keeping everything organised
• Replenishing shelves and making sure products are well stocked and beautifully presented
• Monitoring stock levels and helping to order products when needed
• Rotating stock and checking expiry dates
• Keeping displays, promotional areas and pricing fresh and up to date
• Making customers aware of the services available at Highem Pharmacy
• Supporting promotions and helping customers discover products and services that may benefit them
• Helping maintain a clean, tidy, welcoming and professional pharmacy
• Working alongside our wider pharmacy team and lending a hand wherever needed

Pharmacy experience? Great! No experience? Don’t let that stop you!

We’d prefer someone who already has experience working within a pharmacy setting, as you’ll already have a good understanding of the environment and what goes into providing a great pharmacy service.

However, if you’ve never worked in a pharmacy before, we’d still love to hear from you.

For us, having the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping people can be just as important as previous experience.

If you’re new to pharmacy, we’ll provide the necessary training required for the role, helping you build your knowledge, confidence and skills as you settle into the team.
