Professional Medical Pharmacy is a patient-focused community pharmacy in Mississauga, dedicated to providing excellent healthcare services. We are looking for a dependable and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy Software
• Process third-party billing, insurance claims, and patient transactions
• Perform blister packaging and prescription processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering
• Provide professional and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
• Support pharmacists with daily workflow, compliance, and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Kroll software
• Proven experience with blister packaging and prescription processing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Preferred: Candidates who live nearby or have reliable transportation
• Language Skills: Hindi and/or Gujarati speaking considered a strong asset
