What you'll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service and healthcare support
• Assisting customers with over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and health solutions
• Promoting Care Clinic services and myTWC Rewards
• Maintaining strong merchandising standards and executing catalogues and promotions
• Managing stock, expiry checks and stock rotation
• Supporting the achievement of pharmacy sales and service goals
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, QCPP and workplace safety requirements

What we're looking for

• Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience preferred
• S2/S3 qualification highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of OTC medicines, vitamins and complementary health products
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment
• Someone who takes initiative and is proud of doing a great job
