Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in providing essential support in a busy pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy duties, medication administration, and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacy team in dealing with over the counter medication supply
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock levels
- Process prescriptions and ensure correct labelling of medications
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and data entry
Experience
- Previous experience working in pharmacy setting preferred.
- Proficiency in medication administration procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on patient care are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
