Pharmacy Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
• Handle over-the-counter (OTC) product recommendations
• Maintain inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
• Process sales transactions and manage the cashier counter
• Assist in administrative duties and record keeping
• Comply with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum [SPM/Diploma] or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of medications and healthcare products preferred
• Computer literate and able to use pharmacy systems
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
