Duties

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with ordering medications and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
• Support medication administration processes under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy workspace.
• Document medication administration and patient care activities as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Skills

• Knowledge of pharmacy technician practices and procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare staff.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
