Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with the best possible care, tailored product advice, and welcoming over-the-counter service
• Maintain flexibility during your shift, successfully completing day-to-day tasks delegated by the Pharmacist or Manager
• Stay motivated to undertake ongoing training to keep your industry knowledge and clinical skills at a high standard
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attention to detail in a busy retail environment

About you

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly regarded, but not essential
• Proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service with a genuine desire to help others
• Sound understanding of retail operations
• Basic knowledge of dispensing prescriptions is considered highly advantageous
• Consistent availability
