Duties

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment and organization
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients, answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
• Verify prescription details using medical terminology and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Support medication administration processes by labeling, packaging, and documenting medications appropriately
• Maintain accurate records of medication transactions, patient information, and inventory logs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and medication safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Community Pharmacy preffered
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to medications and patient care
• Demonstrated ability to handle medication administration tasks with precision and care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and healthcare providers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
