Duties

• Assist licensed pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Prepare prescriptions by counting, labeling, and packaging medications according to medical orders
• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
• Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
• Maintain accurate medical terminology records and documentation for medication administration
• Support hospital or clinical pharmacy operations by coordinating medication deliveries and tracking stock levels
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and medication handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to use Kroll is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations
• Must have computer proficiency to learn billing.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
