Pharmacy Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Collaborate with the retail team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Promote healthcare and beauty products to customers.
• Follow up and ensure all pending sales orders are completed on time.

2. Medicine Dispensing Support

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Label and package medications according to established protocols.
• Prepare medication orders for patients, verifying accuracy and completeness.

3. Inventory Management

• Receive, unpack, and stock medications and other pharmacy products.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the pharmacist when replenishment is needed.
• Perform regular stock rotation and check for expired medications.

4. Administrative Support

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
• Liaise with the Accounts Department on payment-related matters including daily cash banking and other requests.

5. Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized pharmacy environment.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and product displays are tidy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Experience in a sales position will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations is a plus.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
