Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and dispensing of customized medications, maintain accurate records, and ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in compounding and preparing personalized medications.

• Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients as per prescriptions.

• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and supplies.

• Label and package compounded medications appropriately.

• Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards.

• Maintain detailed records of each compound and prescription.

• Communicate effectively with pharmacists and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy or laboratory setting is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow precise instructions.

• Good communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
