Pharmacy Assistant - Part Time

We are a busy and highly regarded community pharmacy located on High Street in Hastings seeking an enthusiastic Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The current vacancy includes weekend coverage, over five days for 32 hours per week.

This role is much more than serving customers at the register. You will be an important member of our pharmacy team, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day to day operations of the pharmacy. About the Role

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

• Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries.

• Process sales through the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.

• Replenish stock, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organised, and well presented.

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care.

• Support the smooth day to day operation of the pharmacy.

About You

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or pharmacy.

• Pharmacy Assistant or S2/S3 qualification (highly regarded but not essential).

• Experience working within a pharmacy or healthcare environment (highly regarded but not essential).

• Confidence using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
