About the role

Synergen Pharma Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Regulatory to join our dynamic pharmaceutical operations team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring our operations comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical excellence. As a Pharmacy Assistant Regulatory, you will support the regulatory and compliance functions of our Regulatory Head, working alongside experienced professionals to safeguard product quality, patient safety, and adherence to all applicable pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation, including pharmacy records, permits, and compliance reports
• Support the review and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and best practices
• Monitor and track product inventory in accordance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
• Assist in conducting internal audits and inspections to identify and rectify compliance issues
• Support the processing and filing of regulatory submissions and applications to relevant pharmaceutical authorities
• Maintain awareness of changes in pharmaceutical regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates to pharmacy operations
• Assist in the coordination of training programs to ensure staff awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance protocols
• Support incident reporting and documentation procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external agencies as required to address compliance matters
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for pharmacy inspections by regulatory authorities

What we're looking for

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist or Non-Board Passer are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of basic pharmaceutical product registration is an advantage
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Proactive, responsible, and dependable
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Good team player and able to work well with others
• Willing to work full-time and office-based
