Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and responsible team member to support customer service, healthcare product sales and daily pharmacy operations.

If you have experience in retail, customer service or pharmacy, we would love to hear from you. Candidates new to pharmacy who are keen to learn are also welcome to apply.

What you will do?

Help customers and support sales

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and assist with suitable healthcare, wellness and beauty products within your training.
• Assist the pharmacist in handling customers’ medication requests and enquiries.
• Work with the team towards monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders promptly.

Support daily pharmacy operations

• Assist the pharmacist and retail team with daily tasks, following company procedures.
• Keep shelves, product displays and the outlet clean, organized and well stocked.
• Receive and check stock, update records and assist with stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and highlight items requiring replenishment or attention.
• Maintain accurate records and help resolve customer concerns professionally.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. A Diploma in Pharmacy or a related qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare retail, beauty retail, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Friendly and confident when speaking with customers.
• Interested in healthcare products and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets as part of a team.
• Responsible, attentive to detail and able to follow instructions.
• Mandarin communication skills are preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to work at our Bandar Puchong Jaya outlet.
