About the role

Working alongside our friendly pharmacy team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and assisting customers with general pharmacy enquiries
• Supporting the dispensary team with dispensing-related duties
• Helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy
• Maintaining a professional, organised and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

About you

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable and enjoys being part of a team. Ideally, you will have:

• A friendly, energetic and customer-focused attitude
• A genuine passion for community pharmacy and helping others
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
• Previous dispensing experience (highly regarded)
• Pharmacy qualifications or certificates (highly regarded)
