Responsibilities/What we want you to do?

• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Promote healthcare, pharmacy and beauty products to customers. Training and guidance will be provided

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

• Follow up on pending sales orders and ensure they are completed on time.

• Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

• Assist with the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy branch.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy-related laws, regulations and company SOPs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy records and documentation.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of medicines and health products.

• Liaise with buyers on stock replenishment and support inventory cost management.

• Help minimise wastage by monitoring near-expiry and expired stock.

Requirements/What we need from you:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant pharmacy certification is an advantage.
• Candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers in a predominantly Mandarin-speaking community.
• Good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to work at TP Pharmacy’s retail outlet in Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor.
