Pharmacy Branch Manager

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless dispensing, inventory management, and patient care services that meet high standards.
• Drive sales performance and profitability by implementing strategic marketing initiatives and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and exceptional customer service.
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory meticulously, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability of critical medications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state/country of operation.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
