Pharmacy Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
• Maintain accurate patient records and profiles
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Perform inventory management tasks
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

-Assist is delivery medication to the patients.

Skills

• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
• Experience with medication administration and IV infusion
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques
• Ability to provide patient care with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in LTC pharmacy or hospital setting or retail setting
• Proficiency in medical terminology and aseptic technique

-Must have at least one year experience in retail / hospital.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
