Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to provide friendly and efficient customer service while supporting the daily operations of an independent pharmacy.
This is a part-time position, with Tuesday and Thursday coverage preferred.
The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will be responsible for assisting customers at the register, particularly with the selection of medical supplies, processing sales and payments, maintaining accurate inventory, stocking pharmacy and medical supply items, and keeping the pharmacy organized and well stocked.
The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will work closely with pharmacists and other staff members to ensure customers receive timely assistance and a positive experience. Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
Expected hours: 24.0 – 28.0 per week
