Pharmacy Director

Pharmacy Director - Christiansburg, VA An exciting leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established, high-volume pharmacy operation. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, improve operational efficiencies, and help shape the next phase of growth and development.

We're looking for a people-focused leader who can build on an already strong team culture, develop future leaders, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive lasting improvements.

Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 annually

Bonus: Eligible for annual performance-based incentive

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, No weekends!

Daily Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards
• Provide hands-on leadership to engage and develop employees, strengthen internal leadership capabilities, optimize workflows, and guide the team through operational improvements and continued growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within pharmacy or healthcare operations
• Experience leading teams, improving operational processes, and driving measurable performance improvements
• Strong analytical, financial, and people management skills
• Proven ability to engage employees, develop talent, and successfully lead teams through change
