Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and pharmacy guidelines
• Verify prescription details, dosage, and patient information to prevent errors
• Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications, inventory, and patient interactions
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering medication-related advice
• Support medication stock management, including inventory checks and restocking supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, pharmacy policies, and legal regulations

Skills

• Proven pharmacy dispenser experience with a solid understanding of dispensing procedures
• Knowledge of medication protocols and safety practices
• Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions and documentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment under pressure
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools
• Must be an accredited Dispenser
• No Sponsor licence
