Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Ensure proper dispensing, storage, and inventory management of medicines.
• Monitor stock levels, expiries, purchases, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage customer service and address customer or operational concerns.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and overall pharmacy performance.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports for management.

Requirements:

• B.Pharm/Pharm.D or relevant pharmacy qualification.
• Must be a registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and pharmacy management systems.
