Pharmacy Manager

Position Overview

Dougherty's Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead the pharmacy team, and provide safe, professional medication services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy workflow and operations
• Review prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing
• Counsel patients on medications and proper use
• Supervise, train, and support pharmacy technicians
• Monitor medication inventory and supplies
• Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
• Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to lead a team in a busy pharmacy environment

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
