Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy and medical store operations.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of medicines and consumables.
• Maintain accurate stock records, expiry tracking, and physical stock verification.
• Control inventory costs, wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies.
• Monitor pharmacy sales, gross margins, and monthly P&L.
• Manage vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and hospital SOPs.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, duty rosters, and work performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the COO, Finance, Purchase, Nursing, and Clinical Departments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
