Pharmacy Manager

Introduction : We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage medicine inventory, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain efficient medicine procurement and dispensing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff activities.
• Ensure timely availability of medicines and medical supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers.
• Manage medicine procurement and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure proper dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
• Maintain inventory records, purchase registers, and stock reports.
• Monitor medicine storage conditions and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital administration.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure proper workflow.
• Manage pharmacy billing and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor medicine consumption and control wastage.
• Prepare monthly stock, purchase, and consumption reports.
• Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for billing reconciliation.
• Support audits and implement improvements in pharmacy operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm with valid registration, as applicable.
• 5–7 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medicine inventory and procurement.
• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy management.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and pharmacy management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
