Role Description The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescriptions accurately, supervising pharmacy technicians, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo includes managing stock levels, verifying medication orders, maintaining proper storage, and monitoring inventory to minimize shortages and expiries. The Pharmacy Manager will provide patient counseling on medication use, possible side effects, and immunization services, while promoting safe and effective pharmacy practice. The role also involves scheduling staff, training team members, implementing quality and safety procedures, and supporting customer service to maintain a trusted, community-focused pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with a thorough understanding of medication safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supervising Pharmacy Technicians and coordinating pharmacy workflow in a busy retail or community setting.
• Proficiency in handling Prescription processing, verification, and documentation with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Immunization services, including vaccine handling, storage standards, and patient education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and valid pharmacist license from relevant authorities.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or senior pharmacist roles, preferably in community or retail pharmacies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to counsel patients in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to lead teams, organize shifts, and work full time on-site in Cairo, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, inventory control, and basic reporting.
