Pharmacy Operations Analyst

Global is looking for an English-speaking, detail-oriented professional to support the administrative and operational activities of a pharmacy.

This is a non-clinical position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and vendor follow-up.
• Maintain administrative and regulatory documentation.
• Track licenses, contracts, certifications, and deadlines.
• Prepare reports and follow up on assigned activities.
• Support the Pharmacist-in-Charge with administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized and confidential records.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• English proficiency – required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Previous healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required.

• Position: Pharmacy Operations Analyst
• Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Full-time
• Starting Salary: COP $3,150,000
• Salary Increase: COP $700,000 after three months, based on performance.
